ClauseBuddy now features "Smart Merge" to get an intelligent merge of two selected clauses.

ClauseBuddy now contains a "Smart Merge" function that allows users to get an intelligent merge of two texts — e.g. a currently selected clause and a a Truffle clause or clause from the Quality Library.
With the help of AI, ClauseBuddy will show a list of legal characteristics available in both texts, and then allows the end-user to easily select which features to keep or remove.
