What your role would be like:

• Lead generation – Identify and research potential customers, engage decision-makers through calls, emails, events and social media. We try to stay away from pure cold outreach, our attention goes to companies who have had an interaction with us.
• Pipeline building – Maintain a steady flow of qualified leads, have discovery calls and manage a structured sales pipeline.
• Qualifying prospects – Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements. You will need to be able to determine whether we can truly help them.
• Opportunity creation – Start new relationships and nurture them with the goal of setting up meetings or trial projects. A good handover to your colleagues is a key part of this.
  

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ Year of experience in Sales
• Prior experience in the legal sector
• Hands-on experience with sales tools
• Fluency in Dutch and English. Of course, fluency in another European language (e.g. French, German, Italian or Spanish) is a big plus
• Ability to work independently and in a remote-first team.

ClauseBase zoekt een Executive Assistant – een dynamische professional met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden die klaar staat om het directieteam van een snelgroeiende onderneming te ondersteunen.

Na een inwerkperiode, waarbij je het reilen en zeilen van de juridische sector en onze producten leert kennen, help je het leiderschapsteam met het opvolgen van communicatiestromen, kalenderbeheer, evenementsorganisatie, facturatie, en andere administratieve taken.

Wij zoeken een Executive Assistant die een passie heeft voor het managen van dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering in een snel evoluerende omgeving. De ideale kandidaat is iemand die comfortabel meerdere projecten beheert, een no-nonsense communicatiestijl hanteert, en gestructureerde opvolging kan bieden aan interne en externe stakeholders.

Vereiste kwalificaties:

• Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in als Executive Assistant of in een vergelijkbare rol
• Bachelordiploma, voorkeur voor juridische, economische of bedrijfskundige achtergrond
• Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel geschreven als mondeling
• Vloeiende communicatie in Nederlands en Engels
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken in een vrijwel volledig remote team

• Voorkennis van de juridische sector
• Kennis van andere Europese talen zoals Frans, Duits, Italiaans of Spaans
